A fixed pricing structure reflects the total cost for the project and AAA Ultimate Webdesign Inc. guarantees the delivery of your solution at this cost in the time frame agreed upon. AAA Ultimate Webdesign Inc. goes through a thorough and firm understanding of the web project requirements and seeks your approval for the system requirements analysis. The pricing is then quoted against that analysis based on how much overall effort, resources, and time must be put on developing the solution. This web design pricing model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of web design and development projects.

In general, half of the total payment is due at the beginning of the project. For larger projects, the cost is divided into more than two parts.

Hourly pricing web solution: *

Hourly web design pricing reflects the cost, per-hour, for each of the resources assigned to develop a customer's solution. Customers pay costs as they are incurred during the life of the web design project.

In general, AAA Ultimate Webdesign Inc. bills graphic and web design time at $32.00 per hour, programming time at $42.00 per hour, System analysis and project coordination at $50.00 per hour and other work time at $25.00 per hour. This is for the time actually spent working on the project.

Milestone billing:

Client can choose this option for large and long lasting projects where the entire project is broken down into phases. Payment schedules are defined on time (ex. monthly) or after each phase is accomplished and demonstrated. This method reinforces project progress monitoring and reduces risks.

Notes on Pricing quotations on web solution:

Most clients prefer to know exactly how much their web design and development project is going to cost, before they start it. Of course, it is impossible to know exactly how much time it will take us to complete any given web project, so we calculate our actual costs and add in our best estimate of the time necessary to complete the project. This total is used to prepare your pricing quotation. If we end up needing more time than we estimated to complete your project, you pay only the quoted price.

AAA Ultimate Webdesign Inc. offers competitive pricing and quality work at an affordable price. Once a client makes full or partial payment on a project they have one business day to recieve a refund providing that we haven't started working on the project. Thereafter we require your project's outline within 3 days of full or partial payment. The outline will be treated as the outline for the work that should be completed. We will not refund any fees on projects beyond day one, we will however work to fix the project to your specifications in order to satisfy you as a client. We will alter project up to three times within reasonable means. Any and all major changes beyond the intial three may require additional payment. Our work is considered an itelligence service and therefore we cannot extend refund for any reasons due to the fact tthat labor hours were already invested in your project.
