Summary: By placing an order with AuWebDesign (operated by Infodots Services LLP), you agree to these Terms. Payment is 100% upfront. You supply content; we build the website. 2 revisions included. These terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
AuWebDesign is a trading name of Infodots Services LLP, a registered business entity with a verified Australian bank account. We have been operating in the Australian web design market since 2013. We operate as a fully remote digital business, serving clients across Australia via email (sales@auwebdesign.com) and WhatsApp.
We do not conduct in-person meetings. All project communication, delivery and support occurs digitally.
AuWebDesign offers a complete business website package for a flat fee of AUD $1,299. The package includes:
We reserve the right to modify package inclusions without notice, provided that the change does not reduce the value delivered to clients who have already paid.
⚠️ Payment is 100% upfront. Work does not commence until full payment is received and cleared. We issue a formal Australian tax invoice prior to payment. Payment is via bank transfer (EFT) to our verified Australian bank account. We do not accept cash or cheque.
Upon receipt of payment, AuWebDesign will acknowledge the order within 1 business day and begin the project onboarding process.

Delays in providing this information will delay delivery timelines. AuWebDesign is not liable for delayed delivery caused by the client's failure to provide required content.
Our typical delivery timeline is 5–7 business days from the date we receive full payment and all required content from the client. Complex projects or delayed client responses may extend this timeline. We will communicate any delays proactively.
The package includes 2 rounds of revisions. A "round" is defined as a consolidated set of change requests submitted in a single communication. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving each design draft. Revisions beyond the 2 included rounds are available at AUD $99 per additional round.
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):
The 1 year free domain and hosting are provided as part of the package. After 12 months, renewal costs apply at market rates and are the client's responsibility. AuWebDesign will notify the client at least 30 days before renewal is due. The client is responsible for maintaining hosting and domain renewals after year one.
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the completed website, you own the website content and design. AuWebDesign retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies, unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, software licences) are subject to their respective licences. AuWebDesign uses only licensed and legally compliant assets.

We include compliant legal pages with every website. However, we are not a law firm and recommend you have your legal pages reviewed by an Australian solicitor for your specific business circumstances.
AuWebDesign's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services (AUD $1,299). We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
